These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kiokun mobile application ("the Service") operated by Endots ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

The Service is a mobile application that overlays GPS-based place names and dates onto photos. It is available on iOS.

2. Accounts

• Signing in with an Apple, Google, or LINE account is required to use the Service. Pro purchases and restores are tied to the same account
• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date
• We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account
• Creating multiple accounts per person is prohibited

3. Plans & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancel via App Store settings

• The price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase prevails

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

• Copyright of photos you take or edit belongs to you
• The Service does not upload or store your photos on our servers
• The name "Kiokun", logo, and mascot character are copyrighted and trademarked by Endots
• Copying, modifying, or reproducing the app's source code, design, or UI is prohibited

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Misuse, tampering, or reverse engineering of the Service
• Creating or sharing content that infringes others' rights
• Accessing the Service via automated tools or bots
• Registering accounts with false information
• Circumventing the free tier or any other usage limit — for example by creating multiple accounts, or by repeatedly deleting and re-creating an account in order to reset it
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice
• You can delete your account at any time directly in the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account (at most 2 taps, including confirmation)
• If you need assistance, contact support@endots.dev
• Deleting your account permanently removes the account records held on our servers (profile, plan, subscription records, saved-photo count); they cannot be restored. Photos already saved to your device — and cut-outs, your stamp book, and unsaved capture or edit data held inside the app — are not deleted (they never reach our servers, so we cannot delete them for you)
• If you delete your own account, that does not cancel your App Store subscription. To stop being billed, you need to cancel it yourself in your App Store settings. You can do this either before or after deleting your account, but billing continues until you do
• Once your account is deleted, Pro features stop working. Signing in again with the same Apple, Google, or LINE account creates a new account. If you still have an active subscription, contact support@endots.dev about how it will be handled
• Uninstalling the app deletes the data stored on your device (cut-out images, your stamp book records and thumbnails, and unsaved capture or edit data). To delete only your cut-outs, use Settings > Editing & Stamps > Delete all saved cut-outs in the app. Note that your saved-photo count is also held on our servers, so reinstalling does not reset it

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of GPS data or place names
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party service outages (Google Maps, AdMob, etc.)
• We are not responsible for issues arising from your device settings, OS version, or network conditions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan
• The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising from these Terms
• We will endeavor to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations before legal proceedings
